Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Darcie graduated from Doherty High School in 1999. She wasted no time leaving the city after graduation, setting out to explore the world at 17-years old. A short stint in the military, university, and some misguided missionary work took her through 28 nations over the course of 16 years.

In the Fall of 2014 Darcie moved back to Colorado Springs in order to be closer to family and long-time friends. She found that a shift in the city’s vibe brought her hope that the future could be brighter than the past. She does The Little London Show to inspire people to ask questions and get involved where they can make a difference. When she isn’t being made fun of on the radio she works as a writer and communications consultant for small businesses and start-up companies. Hillary here! Love you both and what you’re doing. I just listened to the most recent episode and LOVED the shout out. It was so crazy when we were standing in line in the hall making small talk when I realized that YOU WERE JEFF! Ha. I all of the sudden recognized the sound of your voice or maybe your laugh. Glad the hug helped calm the nerves. At that point I knew we had to throw down and I was happy you did so too. I went out before you did so I know you didn’t see my “dance,” but it had exotic dancer written all over it. Started as diva (since it was Missy Elliot) and then there was some medium-ly inappropriate bootie shaking about 3/4 of the way down the isle. My friends/family thought it was grand, but I had a handful of creepy men come to me after and tell me how awesome it was… weird. However, WE owned it! glad we were back to back. That night I told my husband (also named Jeff) that I met you and was sort of a freak show in my reaction. Give a hug to Darcie! Perhaps we will cross paths and someday become friends.
